Orders placed via our website take up to 2 business days for processing by our team.
Note Custom pieces require 4-6 weeks for manufacturing process.
All items under $10,000 are shipped via AusPost.
We do not guarantee any of the shipping times as advertised by AusPost. Please ensure that before ordering you allow adequate time for processing, production and shipping to your area.

AusPost can provide you with an estimated time via their website. Our location details are Sydney CBD, NSW, 2000.

If you feel as though the shipping timeframe is not suitable and you would like an alternative option that may be quicker we can offer courier priority service. However, this would be at the cost of the customer. If you would like to use this service, please contact us, and we can provide you with a quote.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Free over $500)

We ship to all International locations via AusPost.
International shipping is 30AUD for the current period.
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive once dispatched.

If you have not received your order within this timeframe, please contact us with your full name and order number so that we may investigate on your behalf.
We do not accept responsibility for lost/stolen goods once AusPost has accepted them. 

FREE CLICK AND COLLECT

For custom and ready to ship items we offer FREE click and collect. Please allow 1-2 days for processing by our team and await the confirmation email/text before coming in-store to pick up your item. For custom orders, we will be in touch with an estimated completion date, and will contact you again once the order is ready to pickup in-store. OUR PACKAGING

Gift boxes and requests

We package all of our pieces in Lovelle Jewellery personalised boxes and with some important care information and details about your item. We use plain delivery boxes so as not to draw attention to the package when shipping or receiving the piece.
We believe in keeping our carbon footprint low so in some cases when more than one item is ordered; we will package multiple pieces in the one shipping box. All of our outer packaging is recyclable (excluding ring boxes), and we encourage you to be environmentally responsible if discarding the packaging.

You may request multiple gift bags upon checkout in the order notes if you wish to gift your pieces. In the situation that you decide you need another box after receiving your item, another can be posted to you; however, customers are liable for postage costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Refund Policy

Please choose your jewellery carefully as we do not provide refunds if you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong decision or don’t like the item anymore. Deposit of Lay-by/ Custom-Made items is not refundable.

Exchange Policy

You may exchange the product within 14 days of your purchase either free in-store or by post at the customer’s expense. After the exchange period has passed, a restocking fee of $150AUD applies.

Lovelle Jewellery Warranty

All items are covered under Lovelle Jewellery warranty and is valid for lifetime. The warranty protects the customer from poor workmanship, manufacturing errors, inauthentic product and will cover the jewellery under normal wear. If the jewellery is noticeably bent, damaged or shows signs of improper care, we will repair the item at a discounted rate. Any costs for repairs are determined by the extent of the repair.

Diamonds smaller than 0.05cts are covered by warranty if the fault is due to manufacturing and workmanship error. This does not include stones that have been chipped or have come loose as a result of damaged prongs.

Diamonds or stones over 0.05cts do not come under warranty. We recommend taking out insurance for your treasures as we do not offer insurance under our warranty.

Postage costs will be at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to inspect and assess the jewellery on a case-by-case basis, and offer refund/exchange/repair at our discretion.
