At Lovelle Jewellery, we take pride in our customer service and product quality, and we back this exceptional reputation with our 12 month manufacturing warranty against defects, giving you piece of mind that the quality of your investment is assured.

We want you to have an amazing Lovelle experience all the way from your initial enquiry to many years of enjoying your jewellery.

Manufacturing defects refer to the structure of the jewellery itself, although rare, if it does happen, it will usually show up within the first few months of you wearing your jewellery.

Any manufacturing defects found in any Lovelle item during that period will be repaired or replaced by us at no charge. Lovelle Jewellery will also cover shipping/postage both ways. So you do not incur any cost or inconvenience.

What is Covered By Lovelle Jewellery Warranty?

Some examples of manufacturing defects that are covered under our warranty include

· Porosity, surface pores and blemishes in the metal

· Uneven settings such as

· Chips, scratches or nicks in stones at time of collection

· Rhodium plating ‘splashes’ staining on the metal.

Loose Stones?

If within 12 months of initial purchase, Lovelle will cover the loss of small Moissanite or Lab Grown Diamonds up to and including 2.5mm, where the loss of these stones were not caused by damage to the stones, or to the jewellery experiencing external pressure exerted onto it.

After 12 months time from purchase, any stone loss is considered normal wear and tear of the item and is not covered by our warranty.

We do not cover or insure for the loss of jewellery or Moissanite or Lab Grown Diamonds larger than 2.5mm. We strongly recommend that you get Jewellery Insurance for coverage of this, Lovelle Jewellery can help you with a great price for your policy to ensure your jewellery is safe, no matter where you are.

What is Not Covered?

· Abrasions, dents & scratches to your jewellery due to normal wear and tear.

· Settings and/or prongs that are bent or broken due to wear and tear or abuse.

· Broken necklace chains that are not due to manufacture fault

· Discoloration that is due to exposure to chemicals, and make-up.

· Gemstones that are chipped, scratched, nicked or broken due to wear and tear or other damage.

· Loose stones due to wear and tear or abuse.

Diamonds and Moissanite are hard gemstones, but they are certainly not indestructible, If a gemstone is knocked, they can chip or crack which is why we recommend you take care in handling your jewellery to preserve their longevity.

Gemstones set with exposed edges, such as in a prong setting, will have a higher chance of sustaining damage.

Lovelle recommends you have your jewellery checked annually to ensure all stone settings are secure. We also recommend a clean and polish which will have your jewellery looking as magnificent as the day you first saw it. We offer special prices for your jewellery servicing for these additional services.
