STEP 01 - Share Your Vision
The first step starts with your design inspiration.
Share your thoughts with us, show us your inspiration board and images you’ve saved!
We love working together to create one-of-a-kind pieces to suit your style and taste.

STEP 02 - Choose Your Stone & Metal
Design a setting to suit your stone. Merge aspects from several designs, or make minor adjustments to create your own unique concept.
Select from various precious metals in warm yellow, rose or white gold, as well as platinum or sterling silver.
We source natural and lab-grown diamonds to suit your preference, and natural gemstones from all over the world.

STEP 03 - Receive Your Quotation
Once the main specifications are confirmed, we prepare a detailed quotation for your bespoke piece.
This allows you to review the design, materials and price before proceeding.

STEP 04 - CAD Design & Approval
Your design is translated into a detailed CAD drawing so you can review the proportions, setting and construction before production.
Adjustments can be made before final approval.

STEP 05 - Your Jewellery Is Crafted
Your piece moves into production with our jewellers workshop, where dedicated gold casters, designers and a master goldsmith work in collaboration.
Most bespoke orders take approximately 4–6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design.


STEP 06 - Final Inspection & Collection
Your completed jewellery is carefully inspected by our staff before collection from our QVB Sydney boutique or arranged delivery.
